Real estate company Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. has announced an impressive 116% year-on-year surge in net profit, reaching Rs 46 crore for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2023. This remarkable growth can be attributed to enhanced income streams. Additionally, the total revenue for the quarter reached Rs 571.2 crore, marking a remarkable 185 percent increase compared to the preceding fiscal's Rs 200 crore for the corresponding period.
